Terms of Service

These Terms apply to GuiMint: the website, the Figma plugin, the Roblox Studio plugin, the GuiMint runtime scripts, the API and the GuiMint Discord server and bot (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and must make or approve any purchase.
• You must also follow the terms of Roblox, Figma and Discord, which you use alongside GuiMint.

• Give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

• Paid plans are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars, and any taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and give access to that plan's features for as long as GuiMint is offered. They are not transferable.
• We may change prices. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we tell subscribers at least 30 days before a new price applies to them.
• The features of each plan may develop over time, but we will not remove a plan's core features during a paid period.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. GuiMint is digital content that starts right after payment. By completing checkout you ask us to start immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts.

Even so, if something went wrong — for example you were charged twice or the Service did not work for you — contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will sort it out fairly. Refunds for misuse or bans are not given. This does not limit your legal rights if the Service is faulty.

• You own what you make. Your Figma designs, images and the UI you import stay yours.
• You give us permission to store, process and convert your content, and to upload images to Roblox for you, only as far as needed to run the Service.
• You must have the rights to everything you convert or upload. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks, or that breaks the Roblox Community Standards.
• Images uploaded to Roblox go to your own Roblox inventory and through Roblox moderation. We do not control Roblox's decisions, and a Roblox moderation action against your account is between you and Roblox.

The UI that GuiMint creates, including the GuiMint runtime scripts for effects, ready-made library assets and sounds, may be used in your own Roblox experiences, including commercial ones that earn Robux. Library assets and effects are available according to your plan.

You may not resell, redistribute or publish GuiMint's library assets, sounds, effects or scripts on their own, for example as a UI pack, model or plugin.

Everything else about GuiMint — the software, the website, the name and the logo — belongs to us. You may not copy, decompile or rebuild it.

You must not:

• break the law or anyone else's rights,
• get around plan limits, payments or security, or use someone else's account,
• overload the Service, scrape it, or automate it outside the official plugins,
• sell or share access to a paid plan,
• upload malware or try to hack the Service or other users,
• harass, spam or post illegal or adult content in the GuiMint Discord server. The server rules and the Discord Terms of Service also apply there.

You can stop using GuiMint and delete your account at any time in Account settings. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription by itself — cancel it in Billing first.

If you break these Terms, we may limit, suspend or close your account, temporarily or permanently. When possible we warn you first and tell you the reason. If you think we made a mistake, contact us.

GuiMint is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Figma, Inc. or Discord Inc. If those services change or stop working, parts of GuiMint may stop working too, and we are not responsible for their services.

We work to keep GuiMint working well, but the Service is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we may change or stop features. Keep your own copies of important designs.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost Robux, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

We may update these Terms. For important changes we tell you by email or on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel and delete your account before then.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Contact us first — most problems are quick to solve. If not, disputes are settled in the courts of Finland.

If you are a consumer, you can also bring the matter to the courts where you live, and in Finland to the Consumer Disputes Board. The mandatory consumer protection of your home country always applies.
